Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in operations management, Engineering, Business, Industrial Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, workflow improvement, and production planning
Effective team leadership skills, with the capacity to mentor, coach, and develop employees
