Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and execution of strategic operational programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

6-10 years of experience in program management, strategy and operations, or business operations in a large, matrixed organization
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs independently
Strong fundamentals in program and project management
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with imperfect or incomplete data
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all levels
Sound judgment, high ownership, and the ability to make progress when not everything is defined.
