Responsible for planning and execution throughout the lifecycle of product and features development
Drive the Product vision for next-generation capabilities
Work with global product, data science and engineering teams to establish requirements
Drive alignment and communication with partners
Develop and drive the strategy for defining success criteria
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven technical product management leadership experience of 7+ years
Track record of delivering AI/ML powered, data-driven products and cloud scale services
5+ years of experience with search technologies, Information retrieval, search relevancy, recommendations, RAG and/or agentic search experience
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
Ability to lead in an environment of ambiguity with diverse partners
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
BS or MS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or background in a strong scientific subject area
