About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and evolve the target architecture for customer and sales contract lifecycle management
- Establish architectural guardrails across core platforms, systems of record, and integrations
- Shape contract data foundations, governance, and compliance by design
- Manage end‑to‑end customer and sales contract journeys across systems and workflows
- Identify and enable high‑value AI use cases across the contract lifecycle
- Partner with Sales, Legal, IT, and Product to translate business needs into architectural direction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar
- Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise, solution, or domain architecture
- Practical understanding of CLM capabilities
- Sound experience with system integration, data modeling, and event‑ or workflow‑driven architectures
- Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystems
- Familiarity with SAP ecosystems and prior exposure to DevOps
- Experience shaping architectures that incorporate AI and automation
