About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and evolve the target architecture for customer and sales contract lifecycle management
Establish architectural guardrails across core platforms, systems of record, and integrations
Shape contract data foundations, governance, and compliance by design
Manage end‑to‑end customer and sales contract journeys across systems and workflows
Identify and enable high‑value AI use cases across the contract lifecycle
Partner with Sales, Legal, IT, and Product to translate business needs into architectural direction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar
Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise, solution, or domain architecture
Practical understanding of CLM capabilities
Sound experience with system integration, data modeling, and event‑ or workflow‑driven architectures
Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystems
Familiarity with SAP ecosystems and prior exposure to DevOps
Experience shaping architectures that incorporate AI and automation
