About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Organize construction sites with an emphasis on safety, quality, and budget control
Oversee all construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
Monitor work progress daily to meet contractual performance requirements
Prepare internal and external reports to communicate project progress
Plan to prevent issues and resolve emerging challenges
Analyze, coordinate, and mitigate risks
Ensure quality construction standards are adhered to and that proper construction techniques are used
Be involved from site preparation to the handover of the completed project

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma + 2-3 years in construction management or an equivalent field
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site and team management
Solid knowledge of safety management procedures, delivery stations, electrical instruments, cells, and APIs
Experience in the wind sector would be valuable
Fluency in both Romanian and English (spoken and written)
