About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define the short and long term roadmap for GenAI on Adobe Stock, and partner with a cross functional team of Engineering, Program Management, Product Marketing and other Product Management to implement deliver it
Be deeply empathetic to our customers while also deeply data driven to identify and represent their needs, define and prioritize your roadmap, set measurable goals, and build, learn, and iterate
Communicate and evangelize, persuading and influencing others to support your plans all the way from the executive level to your peers
Gather, identify and synthesize information in a fast-paced environment with a landscape that is constantly evolving

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of product management experience for a consumer-facing digital/software product
Preferred: 2+ years experience working on Generative AI features
Consistent track record of collaboration, experience shipping numerous high-value features for consumer web or mobile apps
Exceptional written and verbal communication, used to help drive consensus and forward motion
Preferred: Experience presenting to and influencing Sr. Director and VP level roles to drive approvals
Natural tendencies include planning long term and delivering short term, data obsession, critical thinking, and systems thinking
