About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own transformation planning and design, including scope definition, workstream structuring, deliverables tracking, and definition and measurement of success criteria.
  • Drive rigorous cross-functional execution and delivery, ensuring accountability across teams while supporting and maintaining established governance frameworks.
  • Influence and guide key business partners: Lead through influence with teams and functions outside your direct reporting line.
  • Act as a credible thought partner to senior executives, effectively representing transformation priorities.
  • Support program resource planning, budget, and resource management; manage third-party vendors and system-integrator partners.
  • Enable organizational learning and capability building through identification and codification of patterns, frameworks, and practices.
  • Coordinate with Change Management and Communications partners to ensure program achievements are sequenced with organizational readiness activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Engagement Manager or Project Lead-equivalent experience in strategy consulting highly preferred; alternatively, 8+ years in a high-impact internal strategy, transformation, or business operations role at a leading global company.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformations from problem definition through implementation – with clear accountability for business outcomes.
  • Outstanding communication and people management skills, with the ability to drive impact through influence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including translating data into actionable insights.
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale transformation across multiple functional domains – including GTM, product, operations, and technology.
  • Background in enterprise SaaS, technology, or digital transformation environments preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related area; equivalent experience will also be taken into account; MBA is a plus.
