About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop the data science function within the Employee Experience team

- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of data scientists
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in applied data science (ideally People Analytics)
- 3-5+ years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R
- Expert knowledge of advanced statistical methods (e.g., causal inference, predictive modeling)
- Ability to collaborate across functions and levels
- Commitment to ethical use of employee data, privacy, fairness, and responsible AI.
