About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a cross-functional team of individual contributors across multiple locations, encouraging a collaborative, high-accountability culture.
- Help drive the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects — from prioritization and planning through execution and measurement.
- Support increased workload and additional hours when required for key fiscal periods, such as Quarter End/Year End activities.
- Inspire change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of process improvements and system changes across all impacted collaborators.
- Partner with engineering, sales, finance, and business systems teams to define, prioritize, and deliver system improvements that improve operational efficiency.
- Build and deliver enablement training programs to upskill internal teams on new tools, processes, and workflows.
- Serve as a point of contact and strategic advisor for complex Revenue Operations challenges across the business.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to align technical capabilities with revenue goals.
- Find opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, partnering with teams to help drive clarity, efficiency, and scalability.
- Track organizational goals, important metrics, and risks, surfacing issues early, guiding problem-solving discussions, and driving follow-through resolutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of people management experience, including managing multi-site teams.
- Proven track record managing complex projects and inspiring change in fast-paced environments.
- Strong and creative problem-solver who brings new ideas and drives continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to build positive relationships, influence without authority, and collaborate across diverse teams and personalities.
- A proactive, thoughtful, and practical working style, with a dedication to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaborator management skills.
- Experience in developing and elevating talent within teams.
- Proficient business English to a high standard.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or similar) is preferred.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., D365, Salesforce) and revenue tech stacks is preferred.
- Background in SaaS or technology companies is preferred.
- Experience working with globally distributed or multi-site teams is preferred.
- Understanding of AI technologies and how they can drive success is preferred.
