About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help refine our sales motion, evolve our account expansion process
- Build and implement strategic account plans
- Lead the team’s ongoing sales pipeline, activity, forecasts
- Coach, mentor, guide, and drive development through skill mentoring
- Collect market/customer information and provide feedback to our product organization
- Joint selling with channel ecosystem and Product Specialists on large complex deals
- Identify and support opportunities for training, career diversification, and growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS
- 5+ years in sales career with distinction and achievement
- A proven record as a team leader selling a suite of products
- Proven track record to consistently generate revenue, and exceed quota
- A passion for mentoring and developing sales talent
- Showed ability to join and support AMs on calls
- A consistent record in implementing a repeatable sales process
- Experience leading renewals and sales motion
- Ability to work cross-functionally to influence go-to-market strategy and product roadmap
- BA/BS from an accredited college or university
