About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help refine our sales motion, evolve our account expansion process
  • Build and implement strategic account plans
  • Lead the team’s ongoing sales pipeline, activity, forecasts
  • Coach, mentor, guide, and drive development through skill mentoring
  • Collect market/customer information and provide feedback to our product organization
  • Joint selling with channel ecosystem and Product Specialists on large complex deals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS
  • 5+ years in sales career with distinction and achievement
  • A proven record as a team leader selling a suite of products
  • Proven track record to consistently generate revenue, and exceed quota
  • A passion for mentoring and developing sales talent
  • Showed ability to join and support AMs on calls
  • A consistent record in implementing a repeatable sales process
  • Experience leading renewals and sales motion
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to influence go-to-market strategy and product roadmap
  • BA/BS from an accredited college or university
