Design simple, elegant, and intuitive experiences and interactions that bring delight and step change to users' workflows.
Apply a growth mindset to design and implement experiments aimed at improving user acquisition, engagement, and monetization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of 4+ years of industry experience in mobile (iOS and Android) product design with a proven track record of success.
Problem-Solving Skills: Experience (and a love of!) solving complex design and technology problems using systems thinking.
Adaptability: Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, make informed trade-offs, and drive rapid decision-making to bring experiments to market efficiently.
Collaborative Approach: A history of close collaboration with design, product management, software development, and users from ideation through implementation.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate a multi-level problem space and the strategy behind design decisions to stakeholders of all levels.
