About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Risk management across the supply chain functions
- Identifying and creating a plan for optimizing our operational setup within NCE Supply Chain
- Building a close collaboration with finance to ensure operational cost control
- Managing the plans and associated projects through line organization to ultimately deliver targeted operational optimizations
- Governing a scalable warehouse network setup within operations to ensure ongoing cost avoidance
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in general business management, logistics, supply chain management, engineering or a related field
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- A pragmatic, structured, and fact-based approach to your work
- The ability to identify improvement areas and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience with stakeholder management on a managerial level
- Experience in performance and project management
- English language skills at negotiation level
