About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive identification of Systemic Root Causes for quality issues reported from field
- Drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions across various Business Units
- Identify the systemic links to a quality issue and collaborate with stakeholders to arrive at solutions
- Continually improve processes based on feedback from internal stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering degree with 10+ years of industry experience
- Good exposure to processes related to Product Development, Manufacturing, Service in Wind Industry or Heavy Engineering domain
- Project Management and facilitation experience preferred
- Experience with DMAIC improvement cycle, 6-Sigma, SCRUM and gate models
- Ability to continuously propel and supervise change across BUs, functions, and cultures
- Ability to enhance customer satisfaction through dialogue, communication, transparency, and integration
- Exposure to multi-culture and international organization
- Fluent in English - written and oral
- Good analytical skills
- Proactive team player
