About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive specific product revenue for Adobe Learning Manager and Adobe Connect within named accounts
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers
- Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of Adobe Learning Manager and Adobe Connect capabilities
- Convert customer challenges into sales and revenue opportunities
- Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales
- Improve overall customer satisfaction
- Formulate and execute a sales strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 7+ years of solution sales experience selling SaaS solutions to large, complex organizations
- Effective analytical and computer skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Understanding of web technologies and modern SaaS architectures
- Familiarity with SSO, integrations, Artificial Intelligence, and Government security requirements
- Knowledge of learning and development (L&D) and enablement functions
