About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Focus on improving sales effectiveness, efficiency, and collaboration across our sales teams
  • Be responsible to Deliver to an assigned Sales quota from a predefined set of accounts (Territory) for the fiscal year with quarterly predictability
  • Manage pipeline, and forecast accurately
  • Build, maintain, and complete the Territory plan
  • Execute per the sales strategy by leveraging the Channel ecosystem
  • Build and maintain key C-Level relationships across customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Postgraduate with over 15+ years of experience in sales/sales management
  • A strong people leader who can encourage, motivate, and lead a complex organization
  • Ability to develop, communicate, and present new ideas and proposals
  • Highly quantitative and analytical skills to identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions
