About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Focus on improving sales effectiveness, efficiency, and collaboration across our sales teams
- Be responsible to Deliver to an assigned Sales quota from a predefined set of accounts (Territory) for the fiscal year with quarterly predictability
- Manage pipeline, and forecast accurately
- Build, maintain, and complete the Territory plan
- Execute per the sales strategy by leveraging the Channel ecosystem
- Build and maintain key C-Level relationships across customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Postgraduate with over 15+ years of experience in sales/sales management
- A strong people leader who can encourage, motivate, and lead a complex organization
- Ability to develop, communicate, and present new ideas and proposals
- Highly quantitative and analytical skills to identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions
