About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the regional purchaser and team lead with procurement activities
- Prepare documentation for tenders (including technical and commercial documents)
- Prepare commercial discussions with new suppliers, including NDA execution and supplier pre-assessment evaluations
- Issue and follow up on requests for quotations (RFQs) with suppliers
- Perform price analysis and evaluation
- Manage SAP deliverables (purchasing info records and price updates)
- Support contract closing (preparation and signatures)
- Monitor department KPIs (on-time delivery, cost, etc.)
- Manage supplier and master data (vendor creation and updates)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Portuguese and highly proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Spanish is desirable and will be needed
