About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the Enterprise customer engagement strategy across product groups
- Ensure engagement programs drive long-term customer value and retention
- Build, scale, and lead enterprise product adoption procedures and frameworks
- Create marketing programs to drive product adoption
- Lead the implementation of product insight instrumentation
- Partner with cross-matrix teams to develop engagement strategies
- Develop and maintain understanding of customer adoption patterns
- Identify and prioritize engagement opportunities
- Preempt and problem-solve operational issues related to customer engagement
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS/BA preferred OR 12+ years of experience in customer engagement, customer success, or product marketing leadership OR equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of building, scaling, and leading CSM organizations in Enterprise SaaS environments
- Deep experience designing and implementing application features to drive customer adoption
- Demonstrated success creating marketing programs that measurably increase product adoption
- Hands-on experience with product insight instrumentation initiatives
- Customer-first orientation with global experience
- Ability to translate adoption data into actionable strategies
- Demonstrated leadership success in dynamic environments
- Strong experience leading direct and cross-functional teams
