About the role

  • Drive strategic planning, execution, and high-impact initiatives for Adobe’s India Education team
  • Partner with leadership to define business priorities and strategic roadmaps
  • Translate strategy into execution plans with clear milestones, owners, and success metrics
  • Track progress and ensure delivery against key business goals
  • Support decision-making through structured problem-solving and insights
  • Own preparation of executive-level reporting and business reviews for senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
  • Independently lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives
  • Establish and manage operating rhythms: Business reviews, Performance tracking, Planning cadences
  • Build and own data frameworks and dashboards for tracking
  • Partner with Finance on forecasting and planning
  • Manage complex stakeholder environments across functions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations/strategy, or chief of staff/planning roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build frameworks, interpret complex data, and turn insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience with setting up dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics
  • Strong experience in C-suite reporting
  • Proven ability to independently drive initiatives end-to-end
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams to drive results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
