About the role
- Drive strategic planning, execution, and high-impact initiatives for Adobe’s India Education team
- Partner with leadership to define business priorities and strategic roadmaps
- Translate strategy into execution plans with clear milestones, owners, and success metrics
- Track progress and ensure delivery against key business goals
- Support decision-making through structured problem-solving and insights
- Own preparation of executive-level reporting and business reviews for senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
- Independently lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives
- Establish and manage operating rhythms: Business reviews, Performance tracking, Planning cadences
- Build and own data frameworks and dashboards for tracking
- Partner with Finance on forecasting and planning
- Manage complex stakeholder environments across functions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations/strategy, or chief of staff/planning roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build frameworks, interpret complex data, and turn insights into actionable strategies
- Experience with setting up dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics
- Strong experience in C-suite reporting
- Proven ability to independently drive initiatives end-to-end
- Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams to drive results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
