About the role
- Organization of construction sites with emphasis on safety, quality and budget
- Oversee all construction activities to monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Meet contractual conditions of performance by reviewing the work progress on a daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports to communicate progress
- Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging solutions
- Analyze, coordinate and mitigate risks
- Ensure quality construction standards and use of proper construction techniques
- Be involved from site execution preparation until handover of the project
Requirements
- High-school degree +2/3 in construction management or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site and team management
- Experience in the wind sector is a plus
- Ukrainian spoken/written
- Good level of English required (official language of the Group)
