About the role

  • Analyze end-to-end buying performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare and present KPI reports, cost-saving tracking, and performance metrics
  • Use tools like Excel, Celonis, and BI platforms to support fact-based decision-making
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, PMCI, DS) to align procurement strategies with business goals
  • Deliver targeted training and guidance to key stakeholders on effective data mining techniques
  • Support implementation of global commodity strategies and standardization efforts
  • Ensure adherence to internal systems and audit requirements (e.g., SOX, PTP processes)

Requirements

  • Relevant business, engineering, or computer science degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Buying or Procure to Pay Process/Procurement/Supply Chain function
  • Experience with SAP ERP, SAP BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or similar
  • Good investigative skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret complex information from numerous sources
  • Good organizational skills and experience working in a fast-paced and demanding professional environment
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and occasional overtime when needed
