About the role

  • Supervise maintenance contracts and act as the primary point of contact for customers within the Service department
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding needs, responding to inquiries, and delivering effective service
  • Handle advanced technical requests from customers by identifying and engaging the appropriate internal stakeholders to develop and propose solutions
  • Coordinate across departments within the Vestas Group to respond to customer requests and resolve issues
  • Manage financial aspects of contracts (invoicing, indexation, billing plans, overdue accounts)
  • Sell additional maintenance services or options
  • Support and manage customer claims
  • Organize and prepare customer meetings
  • Collaborate with maintenance, technology, construction, sales, and operations teams
  • Apply and comply with the Group’s QSE (Quality, Safety & Environment) rules

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or a business school degree
  • Demonstrated commercial/sales experience and strong communication skills
  • Proficient in French and English and skilled with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in wind or renewable energy and/or account management is a plus
  • Experience working in a multinational environment is highly desirable
