About the role

  • Drive accountability across the procurement chain to prevent project delays and ensure financial integrity
  • Manage the end-to-end transactional flow in SAP: PR > PO > GR > IR
  • Maintain high-quality data in SAP, including site details and Latest Cost Expectations (LCE)
  • Act as the bridge between Procurement, Project Management, and Suppliers for correct cost allocation and timely delivery
  • Generate and analyze POC (Percentage of Completion) reports and track PR status by activity and supplier

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in similar PMO or Cost Control roles
  • Deep knowledge of the PR-PO-GR-IR flow in SAP
  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar
  • High-level English proficiency
