About the role
- Lead the Copy and/or Brand Architecture writing process and ensure copy integrates with design elements
- Use data and feedback to inform creative decisions
- Direct agency partners as needed on copy architecture
- Work closely with leadership to set goals and define creative vision
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and digital teams to inform and guide new initiatives
- Identify comprehensive, cross-discipline solutions for complex branding challenges
- Play a key role in developing and/or adopting new technologies or methodologies
- Direct and mentor junior creative team members
Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in creative direction or a related field
- Advanced experience across multiple disciplines (web, print, interactive, etc.)
- A blend of strategic oversight, creative direction, and strong collaboration with agency partners
- Significant experience in the development and delivery of new technology or major innovations
- Strong presentation and social skills
- Familiarity with the principles of design that inform copywriting
- A positive and forward-thinking attitude
