About the role
- Research, ideate, craft experience flows, design mockups and prototypes in collaboration for Adobe design and Substance 3D initiatives to impact our products success.
- Partner with users, industry experts, product managers, engineers to deliver high-impact features for 3D creatives.
- Advocating user-focused design, representing the voice of Adobe users throughout expertise and among cross-functional team members and conduct or frame user research with UXR partners, leverage insights to act for impact.
- Communicate clear strategy and vision in a relatable, inspirational and story-driven approach to influence your peers.
- Ask questions, learn and align with product mgr, engineers to understand the feasibility of your designs, aligning on thoughtful alternatives along the way.
- Collaborate across products and Adobe worldwide partners to create opportunities across OS, surfaces and devices.
Requirements
- Design school degree or equivalent practical experience in design with an emphasis on product design and UX/UI design field for 5+ yrs.
- Excellent design crafting skills, demonstrating maturity in design practices.
- A curiosity for continuous learning and a dedication to refining your craft.
- Capacity for autonomous action and drive to influence partners and question status-quo.
- Contribute to the Adobe Design organization through design critiques, initiatives, and opportunities to amplify your voice globally.
- Passionate about understanding our users and designing workflows that enhance the lives of industry creatives.
- Experience working iteratively with product and engineering teams to bring the vision to life.
- Deep knowledge around and passion for accessible and inclusive design.
- Very strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication and storytelling skills.
- A history of leading design efforts and launching complex yet intuitive products.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- High proficiency in language (English and French).
