About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor and solution expert within the Ultimate Success Team
- Provide strategic mentorship that accelerates enterprise content maturity and operational efficiency
- Align customer business objectives with technical innovation through secure, scalable strategies
- Advise customers on Content Supply Chain use cases connecting AEM Assets, Sites, Workfront and governance models to measurable business objectives
- Independently deliver foundational cross-solution strategies
- Lead workshops, build sessions, and planning meetings articulating complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ensure strategies align with content governance, taxonomy, metadata, rights management, and privacy regulations
- Manage risk and scalability considerations defining and enforcing guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10–15 years of experience in solution strategy, enterprise consulting, or digital transformation, with a focus on multi-cloud and multi-functional projects
- Expertise in planning, program management, or enterprise software delivery
- Certifications such as CSCA, PMP, Prosci Change Management, or ScrumMaster are advantageous
- Adobe Certified Professional or Expert in Content Management solutions
- Experience with agile methods and Design Thinking preferable
