About the role
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and GTM to define key objectives
- Foster an environment of creativity, ingenuity, and forward-thinking
- Lead a team of designers to craft innovative and compelling experiences

- Engage fluently with diverse partners and represent the team
Requirements
- 5+ years of people management and leadership experience
- Strong user and business acumen to align design decisions with business goals
- Deep expertise in problem framing from the customers’ point of view
- Accessibility Design Skills: Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces,
- Certifications: CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS preferred.
