About the role
- Assist in testing and validating autonomous AI tools in various marketing and operational scenarios.
- Help map and document workflows to identify automation opportunities and redesign processes for AI enablement.
- Assist in pilot coordination and testing, capturing results, user feedback, and performance data.
- Contribute to enablement materials—guides, playbooks, or demos—to help teams adopt new AI capabilities.
- Track and analyze adoption metrics and success measures, summarizing insights for leadership reviews.
- Work with cross-functional collaborators (marketing, content, operations, and product teams) to align AI use cases to business outcomes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, data science, marketing, or equivalent degree required with an expected graduation date of December 2026– June 2027
- Ability to participate in a full time internship between May-September
- Interest in AI, automation, and the evolution of work—with the capacity to analyze how technology impacts procedures.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; comfortable working with structured data, workflows, or documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical findings into clear business insights.
- Experience or coursework in AI tools, workflow building, or process improvement is a plus but not required.
- Self-starter approach with attention to detail and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
