About the role
- Recruit, mentor, and empower high-performing AI Engagement Managers
- Oversee large-scale enterprise programs focused on Firefly and GenAI adoption
- Act as executive contact and trusted advisor for strategic customers
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
- Stay current on GenAI and creative automation
Requirements
- 8+ years in digital strategy, enterprise consulting, or AI/ML roles
- 2+ years in people leadership or team management
- Proven ability to lead customer-facing consulting talent
- Deep understanding of GenAI, Adobe Firefly, and AI models
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation or AI adoption programs
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Firefly, and GenStudio Modules
- Expertise in scaled agile delivery methodologies and tools (Jira, Workfront, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and executive influence
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer and team engagement
