About the role

  • Recruit, mentor, and empower high-performing AI Engagement Managers
  • Oversee large-scale enterprise programs focused on Firefly and GenAI adoption
  • Act as executive contact and trusted advisor for strategic customers
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
  • Stay current on GenAI and creative automation

Requirements

  • 8+ years in digital strategy, enterprise consulting, or AI/ML roles
  • 2+ years in people leadership or team management
  • Proven ability to lead customer-facing consulting talent
  • Deep understanding of GenAI, Adobe Firefly, and AI models
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation or AI adoption programs
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Firefly, and GenStudio Modules
  • Expertise in scaled agile delivery methodologies and tools (Jira, Workfront, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication and executive influence
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer and team engagement
