About the role
- Lead the design and articulation of value propositions for our products and solutions, demonstrating data-driven insights and industry benchmarks.
- Act as a senior advisor in executive-level client interactions, understanding customer problems and business objectives, and translating technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
- Coordinate the use of advanced analytics, financial modeling, and AI-driven insights to quantify the business impact of our solutions for both prospects and existing clients.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and public advocate for value-based solution design, presenting at industry forums, authoring white papers, and representing the organization in key external engagements.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, encouraging a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Work closely with product management, engineering, and sales teams to ensure that value engineering principles are embedded in solution design, go-to-market strategies, and customer success initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to inform value engineering approaches and maintain a differentiated market position.
- Establish and refine frameworks, methodologies, and tools for value assessment and delivery, ensuring alignment with evolving business objectives and technology landscapes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, product strategy, or a similar subject area, with a track record of leadership in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Deep understanding of the intersection between technology (including AI, data analytics, and cloud platforms) and business value realization.
- Proven ability to develop compelling business cases and communicate the value of technology solutions to executive audiences.
- Demonstrated success in influencing product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies through value-driven insights.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, with a consultative approach to stakeholder engagement and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with expertise in financial modeling, ROI analysis, and data interpretation.
