About the role
- Lead Firefly Foundry’s AI architecture practice, building and managing a team of senior architects and engineers
- Drive executive engagement with studio, streaming, sports, and gaming leaders
- Partner with enterprise, studio, streaming, network, sports, and gaming executives
- Build & lead a team: Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing group of architects
- Represent Firefly Foundry with C-suite leaders
- Establish and evolve reference patterns for creative workflow blueprints
- Provide leadership and escalation frameworks for problem-solving
- Oversee enterprise integration across Creative Cloud apps
- Direct partner blueprint creation and validate delivery
Requirements
- 12+ years architecting and shipping large-scale platforms or content/ML systems
- 3+ years leading enterprise GenAI /AI programs
- 5+ years in people leadership roles, managing technical teams
- Deep understanding of M&E production and marketing workflows
- Expertise in GenAI solution patterns
- Strong technical depth across cloud, data/AI tooling, and software architectures
- Executive presence with studio leadership
- Proven track record leading cross-functional programs from pilot to production
