About the role
- Manage a team of engineers to deliver the first release of the Graph product.
- Work closely with design, product, and program management to define the priorities, user experience, product roadmap, and schedule.
- Take ownership of the development life cycle, supervise progress, identify risks, and report progress to senior leadership.
- Attract, hire, onboard, and retain exceptional engineers through mentorship.
- Balance speed and quality to achieve goals.
- Cultivate an environment that embraces teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of demonstrated experience in software engineering.
- Proven ability leading software engineering teams.
- Strong technical background and analytical abilities.
- Experience in developing commercially successful web applications.
- Excellent technical skills in evaluating systems architecture.
- Passion for collaborating with design teams from concept to production.
- Track record of developing, leading, coaching, and mentoring software engineers.
