About the role
- Manage a team of contributors achieving measurable impact with Adobe solutions
- Develop engagement models for Adobe Digital Experience adoption
- Drive customer engagement at key points in their lifecycle

Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience in Software or SaaS organizations for Enterprise customers
- Strong track record of leading customer relationships in technical projects
- Strong change agent with proven success in large-scale transformations
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills in English
- Strong analytical skills to review business health
- Ability to collaborate with senior executives
- Must have ability to lead in ambiguous environments
- Possible travel up to 30%
