About the role
- Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable expert on AO architecture and best practices.
- Explain how Large Language Models (LLMs) and AO’s reasoning engine function, including optimization and deployment considerations.
- Explain how customers should adopt best practices inclusive of what type of data should be included to train our models, governance and privacy advisement.
- Translate multi-agent system designs into clear stories and diagrams that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide customer-informed insights to Product and Engineering teams to help develop AO’s roadmap.
- Communicate AO’s evolution across Experience Cloud and how it supports AI-first operating models.
- Offer guidance on enterprise AI governance, including guardrails, auditability, human-in-the-loop approaches, and risk considerations.
- Lead inclusive and engaging technical presentations, workshops, and discovery sessions for audiences with varied backgrounds.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, AI/ML architecture, or a related technical or customer-facing field.
- Solid understanding of LLMs, reasoning engines, retrieval systems (RAG), prompt optimization, and AI safety concepts.
- Familiarity with multi-agent architectures or autonomous agent orchestration patterns.
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol), tool-integration approaches, or external server flows.
- Experience with enterprise governance, responsible AI frameworks, or related risk-management practices.
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts in a clear, inclusive, and accessible manner.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills across diverse audiences.
