About the role
- Source, develop, qualify, and close new and existing leads and opportunities
- Develop and implement account plans to build pipeline and deliver on revenue targets via new business acquisition
- Build relationships with key customer stakeholders and generate sales opportunities
- Deliver compelling and polished sales presentations
- Negotiate business terms with senior management, C-level executives, and business owners
- Provide and report pipeline, forecast, activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in developing robust customer relationships in a rapid changing context
- Ability to rapidly assimilate and then clearly articulate value propositions
- Ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively bringing in the right resources to bear at the right stage in the selling process
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to “win people over”
- Proficient German and at least good English language skills
