Collaborate with multiple teams that provision, customize, monitor, manage and upgrade our cloud hosted Enterprise offering to drive continuous improvements using AI to boost the efficiency and usability of our toolset
Support on-call operations to monitor and respond to system availability alerts
Monitor and respond to customer requests relation to the managed services platform to resolve issues specific to their organization
Requirements
Strong experience with IaaS service providers such as AWS and Azure
Strong knowledge of RHEL systems and their administration
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and its administration, configuration, and runtime
