About the role
- Administer and configure Adobe Experience Manager in support of customer facing engineers
- Support the administration of over 20k Linux systems to ensure their performance and security
- Leverage Amazon | Azure | GCP technologies alongside internal operational tooling to efficiently delight our AMS customers with creative solutions
- Collaborate with multiple teams that provision, customize, monitor, manage and upgrade our cloud hosted Enterprise offering to drive continuous improvements using AI to boost the efficiency and usability of our toolset
- Support on-call operations to monitor and respond to system availability alerts
- Monitor and respond to customer requests relation to the managed services platform to resolve issues specific to their organization
Requirements
- Strong experience with IaaS service providers such as AWS and Azure
- Strong knowledge of RHEL systems and their administration
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and its administration, configuration, and runtime
- Experience delivering automated solutions with JS | Python | Bash | Ruby
- Understanding of operations telemetry tooling such as New Relic and Icinga
- Strong troubleshooting skills on high consequence implementations
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Self-starter and relentless curiosity
- Unabashed use of AI to scale your skills
- Desire to delight and CSAT obsessive.
