• Cultivate new lines of business within existing customer base, in the Mid Market/Scale space
• Support and grow existing customer base in partnership with Solution Account Managers in the Mid Market/Scale space.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, manage and lead a diverse team of sales Professionals to achieve quarterly sales targets.
• This includes closing New business and expanding upon existing clientele.
• Sell into multiple levels of an organization, open doors and empower the field team.
• Ensure that Sales department operations function smoothly, with the goal of facilitating executed sales and/or closings; operational responsibilities include accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly sales forecasts.
