About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the strategy for image editor tools and AI workflows in Adobe Express Photos
  • Build image editing workflows for businesses, students, and creatives
  • Develop an AI-first strategy for Adobe Express integration within the Photos app
  • Research user engagement with imaging, viewing, AI-driven editing, and AI-led design workflows
  • Conduct direct user research and interviews to understand jobs-to-be-done, unmet needs, and sources of delight
  • Build frameworks to evaluate Express feature integration opportunities by user impact, technical feasibility, and monetization potential
  • Identify premium opportunities across integrated Express features, AI value, and native Photos capabilities
  • Perform willingness-to-pay analysis
  • Present integration strategy and roadmap, including prioritization, timelines, and monetization recommendations, to product and executive stakeholders
  • Conduct frequent customer interviews and on-demand user testing
  • Mentor others and iterate on team processes to improve Product Management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3–5 years of product management experience
  • Experience with relevant design-focused mobile and web applications preferred
  • Excellent collaboration across customers, partners, colleagues, and diverse groups
  • Background in design or design systems advantageous
  • Passion for solving complex system-based user problems
  • Product-led growth mindset and experience running growth product experiments
  • Ability to translate creative ideas into practical action
  • Persuasive, upbeat, and collaborative cross-functional style
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and proactively communicate status to executives and partners
  • Strong analytical abilities and information synthesis skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred
