About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to hardware and software systems
- Tracks inventory and provides technical assistance and training to system users
- Inspects equipment and reads order sheet listing user requirements to prepare equipment for delivery
- Loads and maintains specified software packages
- Tracks inventory of hardware and software components
- Instructs user in use of equipment, software, and manuals
- Diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems
- Trains users on software and hardware on-site or in classroom
Requirements
