About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate Administer Justice’s center and volunteer onboarding
- Maintain up-to-date volunteer training and resources
- Support, guide, and encourage Justice Champions in one-on-one and group settings
- Meet with volunteers considering the Justice Champion role and explain the launch process
- Facilitate group cohort training calls for Justice Champions preparing to launch new centers
- Encourage and support Justice Champions as they build teams and prepare centers for launch
- Help Justice Champions problem-solve barriers to launching
- Onboard new volunteers and ensure they have the systems and support needed
- Maintain and improve volunteer trainings in Pathwright and resources in Zendesk Knowledge
- Orient and train Justice Champions joining existing centers
- Ensure new centers receive launch kits, materials, banners, and signage on time
- Fulfill webstore supply orders by shipping items from the office
- Support centers through their first three months of operation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Growing, energetic relationship with Jesus
- Alignment with Administer Justice’s Statement of Faith
- Warm personality and genuine enjoyment of engaging with volunteers
- Ability to communicate with volunteers via video calls, phone calls, email, and text messages
- Experience connecting with, training, and motivating volunteers
- Highly computer proficient
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, use them efficiently, and train others
- Experience with Jira, Zendesk, or Pathwright is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple interlocking workflows and varying tasks at high volume
- Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, growing ministry environment
- College degree preferred
- Full-time availability, 40 hours per week
- Occasional evening or weekend availability
