About the role

  • Oversee and actively participate in the daily operation of National Support Center
  • Ensure consistent bilingual phone and email coverage
  • Use strong customer-service and problem-solving skills to handle support tickets
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our answering-service vendor
  • Help maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Identify needs, issues, and collaborate with the AJ team to develop solutions

Requirements

  • 2+ years customer care experience
  • Volunteer coordination experience a plus
  • Highly computer proficient
  • Experience with Zendesk, Vonage, or Acuity, a plus
  • Exceptional personal communication skills
