About the role
- Oversee and actively participate in the daily operation of National Support Center
- Ensure consistent bilingual phone and email coverage
- Use strong customer-service and problem-solving skills to handle support tickets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our answering-service vendor
- Help maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Identify needs, issues, and collaborate with the AJ team to develop solutions
Requirements
- 2+ years customer care experience
- Volunteer coordination experience a plus
- Highly computer proficient
- Experience with Zendesk, Vonage, or Acuity, a plus
- Exceptional personal communication skills
