About the role

  • Oversee and take responsibility for execution of projects such as print and digital materials
  • Manage a team of designers: provide design and technical support, share knowledge, give regular feedback, plan and monitor work, delegate tasks, conduct one-on-ones, set goals and motivate
  • Participate in recruiting and onboarding new team members
  • Work closely with clients: present visual concepts, discuss project progress
  • Support project managers with accurate time estimates and consistent communication
  • Adhere to and develop clients’ brand guidelines in design area
  • Optimize workflow efficiency by leveraging new technologies (such as AI) and implementing best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design with proven track record
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team
  • Portfolio demonstrating process-focused body of work
  • Excellent technical and creative knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Mastery in generating print and digital files
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
  • (Preferred) Motion, 3D, UX, UI skills and experience
  • (Preferred) Experience with international clients
  • (Preferred) Proficiency with AI image-generation tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Replicate, or similar)
  • (Preferred) Experience in Marketing Digital Campaigns
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with management tools like Jira, Trello, Monday
