About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the monthly payroll cycle in collaboration with our external provider.
Handle payroll variables: hires, terminations, absences and salary changes.
Check and validate payroll results and respond to employee payroll queries.
Support employees and managers in France and across the EMEA region with day-to-day HR questions.
Manage employee lifecycle steps: onboarding, departures and contractual changes.
Prepare HR documentation in French and English.
Provide first-line advice on labor law and HR policies.
Ensure compliance with French legislation and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
Support the administration and follow-up of employee representative bodies (Works Council - CSE) when necessary.
Ensure employee data in HiBob is up to date and reliable.
Contribute to HR reporting (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
Contribute to HR initiatives and continuous process improvement projects across the EMEA region.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist.
Experience managing French payroll with an external provider.
Good knowledge of French labor law.
Fluent in French and professional working proficiency in English.
Strong background in HR administration and employee lifecycle management.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Experience with HiBob.
HR experience in a multi-country or EMEA context.
Experience working with the Works Council (CSE).
