About the role
- Deliver end-to-end digital and cross-channel projects.
- Coordinate timelines, tasks, and workflows across internal teams.
- Define project requirements, manage dependencies, and maintain quality standards.
- Proactively identify and manage risks or issues.
- Act as the liaison between global HQ, regional, and local market teams.
- Adapt workflows and deliverables to market-specific needs.
- Support multi-market rollouts and ensure effective local activation.
- Lead meetings with clear agendas, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Provide structured updates, handovers, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Contribute to performance tracking and wrap-up presentations.
- Maintain process clarity and operational efficiency across multiple workstreams.
Requirements
- 4–6 years’ experience in client service or project/account management, ideally within a digital or integrated marketing agency.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills, including experience working with senior clients.
- Experience working in multi-market or matrixed environments is highly valued.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM, e-commerce, loyalty, SEO, or other digital marketing areas is beneficial.
