About the role

  • Drive revenue growth by developing business with upper-funnel focused clients and agencies using Adlook's advertising solutions
  • Cultivate, nurture and secure new business and client relationships
  • Build awareness and adoption of Adlook branding solutions with advertisers and agencies through client presentations, conference attendance, and direct sales efforts
  • Drive new business and engage with senior advertiser executives to grow deals
  • Identify and prioritize efforts to connect with key decision-makers across large corporate advertisers and media agencies
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the marketplace, educating businesses about Adlook offerings and staying informed about industry trends

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital ad sales with a proven track record of success in selling to brands and agencies.
  • Understanding the programmatic ecosystem
  • Excellent media and communication skills
  • Consultative and diagnosis-driven selling approach
  • Strong relationship-building skills within brands and agencies
  • Enthusiasm about the fundamentals of sales, adept at measuring effectiveness and comfortable engaging with potential clients
  • Ability to thrive in a startup team environment, embracing change and autonomy
  • Excellent presentation skills with confidence in executive-level interactions
  • Fluent German and English
