Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital ad sales with a proven track record of success in selling to brands and agencies.
Understanding the programmatic ecosystem
Excellent media and communication skills
Consultative and diagnosis-driven selling approach
Strong relationship-building skills within brands and agencies
Enthusiasm about the fundamentals of sales, adept at measuring effectiveness and comfortable engaging with potential clients
Ability to thrive in a startup team environment, embracing change and autonomy
