About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing all aspects of the accounts payable process
Processing payroll on a predetermined schedule
Recording accounts receivable invoices and other miscellaneous cash receipts
Overseeing employee expenses, including corporate credit cards and employee reimbursements
Supporting Accounting/Financial Management monthly and year-end tasks and special projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate's Degree
Three or more years of professional experience
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Forms, and Docs)
Proficiency in computerized A/P and payroll systems
Detail-oriented with analytical skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Preferred Qualification)
Five or more years of professional experience (Preferred Qualification)
Experience with Sage Intacct accounting system (Preferred Qualification)
Experience with ADP Workforce Now payroll system (Preferred Qualification)
Experience with Ramp bill pay and credit card expenses platform (Preferred Qualification)
