About the role
- Develop supplier/partner business plans to add value to their businesses.
- Oversee regional and local cybersecurity campaigns, promotions, and sales.
- People management, approve employee travel and expenses within your division.
- Train new members of the sales team.
- Direct and coordinate all sales activities within your division.
- Handle customer complaints related to products or services and resolve them.
- Advise staff on standard operating procedures and policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Assign quotas and sales targets to Product Sales Managers (GVPs) quarterly.
- Monitor and guide the performance of the sales team.
- Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
- Manage the division's travel and expense budget as designated by the Commercial Director.
- Consolidate business plans by division.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the technology market with cybersecurity and firewalls working with distribution channels and manufacturers. Ideally Fortinet.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Required)
- Advanced English or Spanish (Preferred)
- Experience in leadership and management of IT projects and IT services sales.
