About the role

  • Develop supplier/partner business plans to add value to their businesses.
  • Oversee regional and local cybersecurity campaigns, promotions, and sales.
  • People management, approve employee travel and expenses within your division.
  • Train new members of the sales team.
  • Direct and coordinate all sales activities within your division.
  • Handle customer complaints related to products or services and resolve them.
  • Advise staff on standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
  • Assign quotas and sales targets to Product Sales Managers (GVPs) quarterly.
  • Monitor and guide the performance of the sales team.
  • Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
  • Manage the division's travel and expense budget as designated by the Commercial Director.
  • Consolidate business plans by division.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the technology market with cybersecurity and firewalls working with distribution channels and manufacturers. Ideally Fortinet.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Required)
  • Advanced English or Spanish (Preferred)
  • Experience in leadership and management of IT projects and IT services sales.
