• Provides internal customer communication and project leadership in support of respective platform activities
• Identify regional business requirements and priorities to support and deliver programs across all business units
• Execute deployments of technology into EMEA region
• Ensure operational support and SLA achievement of technologies and programs
• Identify and implement continuous improvement and best practices
• Improve workflows/resources and adhering to project deadlines
• Reviewing of provided reports and cost analysis, clarifications especially in case of deviations and monitoring of solutions
• Actively works with suppliers, IT Procurement incl. contract negotiations, other internal departments
• Continuous work on savings opportunities
• Assists in trouble reporting, escalation and resolution
• Creates and maintains process documentation
• Coordinate and conduct training on best practices and policies; educates end user base on reports and tools available for cost savings and business value of respective
• Maintains contact with internal clients to ensure proper operation and client satisfaction
• Maintains an understanding of current and emerging technologies in respective Platform
