About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform general administration within the HR Services team for all defined processes, tools and programs and processes.
- Perform Hire to retire tasks with the defined SLA.
- Maintain HR records and personnel documentation using systems such as SAP HR, 1C, SuccessFactors, Enbek, and Navision.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes: hiring, transfers, terminations, leave, and sick leave in compliance with labor laws.
- Prepare, review, and control HR documents (contracts, orders, personnel files, employment records).
- Maintain employee files, employment record books, and ensure proper archiving of documents.
- Register employment contracts and updates in government systems within required deadlines.
- Handle employee requests (certificates, document copies) and respond to internal inquiries.
- Support disciplinary processes, including documentation and complex termination cases.
- Input and verify payroll-related data (allowances, deductions, compensations).
- Conduct payroll data checks during month-end periods, identify discrepancies, and report issues.
- Prepare regular HR reports and maintain compliance with statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor and migration legislation.
- Monitor HR processes, conduct audits, and improve efficiency.
- Support employee retention, scheduling optimization, and workforce planning.
- Execute tasks in a timely manner and maintain confidentiality of employee data.
- Communicate HR updates and ensure adherence to company policies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years working experience in the respective area
- Mandatory knowledge of 1C ZUP (HR and payroll system)
- Strong knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Proficiency in English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- International work experience is preferred
- Experience working with migration authorities (visa processing)
- Experience interacting with government labor inspection authorities
- Experience in personnel document archiving and records management
- Experience supporting payroll closing processes
- Experience working with shift schedules
