About the role
- Oversee long-term, annual, and seasonal topline plans across categories and segments, ensuring accuracy and adaptability to market shifts.
- Collaborate across Business Units, Finance, and Supply Chain to enhance operational execution and profitability.
- Implement joint planning processes and open-to-buy strategies to support sustainable growth and inventory productivity.
- Develop franchise and allocation strategies that accelerate brand momentum and market impact.
- Translate sell-through and inventory insights into actionable recommendations that inform future planning and execution.
Requirements
- University degree in business administration
- MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive operational experience
- Minimum 7 years of leadership experience
- Industry-specific experience preferred
- Robust and progressive medical, including HSA (Health Savings Account) with employer funding or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) options
