About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve store KPIs
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of store team members
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to maximise engagement and performance
- Collaborate with the wider leadership team and share best practices across the store
- Drive sales, productivity, and profitability across your area of responsibility
- Support the execution of business priorities and commercial objectives
- Analyse retail KPIs, sales trends, and performance data to support decision-making
- Identify opportunities to enhance the consumer experience and drive business results
- Coordinate daily operations, resources, and team activities to maximise efficiency
- Ensure outstanding visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
- Maintain excellent stock management, replenishment, and product availability
- Ensure all health, safety, security, and company compliance standards are met
- Take ownership of store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in a retail leadership, supervisory, or management role
- Strong understanding of retail operations and commercial performance drivers
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Confidence in making decisions and managing priorities in a dynamic retail environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
